At Sudevi Creations, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in quality checks and packaging before dispatching every order. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted ONLY in case of damaged products received at the time of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be damaged upon delivery.
- The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- A clear, complete, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
The unboxing video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- Opening of the package
- The product taken out from the packaging
- Clear visibility of the damage
Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Product not liked after delivery
- Color differences due to screen/mobile display settings
- Minor thread variations, weaving irregularities, or handcrafted detailing variations
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Return requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Missing original packaging or tags
- Claims without valid video evidence
As sarees may involve handcrafted or artisanal detailing, slight variations are natural and are not considered defects.
3. Return Request Process
If you receive a damaged product:
Step 1: Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Share:
- Order ID
- Registered name
- Contact number
- Clear images of the damaged product
- Mandatory complete unboxing video
Step 3: Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, further return instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and successfully inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund may be processed through bank transfer, wallet, or another suitable method after verification.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for size, design preference, color preference, or change of mind.
Exchanges may only be considered if a damaged product claim is verified and approved by our team.
7. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping arrangements, if applicable, will be communicated after claim approval.
8. Fraud Prevention
To prevent misuse and fraudulent claims:
- Every return request undergoes verification
- Sudevi Creations reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet policy conditions
- False or suspicious claims may be denied without refund
