Refund policy

At Sudevi Creations, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and fabric handling reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed sarees

  • Products without original tags

  • Customized or altered sarees

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

Email us at sudevicreations@gmail.com with:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the product

  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
